Two Little Horses Poem by Carolyn Brunelle

Two Little Horses

Rating: 3.5

Two little horses
under a tree,
one pulled up lame;
the other couldn’t see.
So they lounge in the shade
on this summer’s day;
waiting on the farmer
to bring them their hay.
They might’ve died
but the farmer only sighed
and decided to let them stay.
