Unapolagized Poem by Alicia Meyers

Unapolagized

I whisper in the night,
To say I love you,
I give a slight kiss,
On your cheek.

I say I'm sorry,
For last night,
I hope you forgive me,
Abd we'll put the past behind us.

But tonight you move over,
You close your eyes,
But to your suprise,
I'm unapolagized.

I lied that I was sorry,
I loved you,
But you never loved me,
I can see perfectly.

I know we need to move on,
The past is behind us,
There was no wrong,
We decided to do this.

When I wake up,
You're gone,
I feel so alone,
But I have to move on.

I lied to you,
I'm not sorry,
But to our great surpirse,
I'm unapolagized.
