Under The Moon Poem by Randy McClave

Under The Moon

Tonight I am outside and the moon she watches;
I am alone and she sends a smile down to me,
She does not like it that I am all alone,
She cries, as she says loneliness is not my destiny.

I look up at her for a while and I give her a smile;
And I speak to her with a tear while she's in my sight,
True man should not be lonely, but he should be happy,
That is why I am alone, and under your glow tonight.
