Undoubtedly intelligent persons shall never speak
...to the virtuous people by pointing fingers towards them;

Shall not write letter with their leg to demonstrate anything;
...Shall not compare, (saying what they say is true) , the fellows
without any qualities like education etc with the virtuous people;

Shall not receive in their hand, by sitting,
...what is given to them by the virtuous people!
