Unforgettable Journeys Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Unforgettable Journeys

Life, love, muse;
With unforgettable journeys from childhood to adulthood;
Satirist!
Like Islands surrounding an estuary;
Fence, defence!
With the ways of one's life from childhood to adulthood.

The rise of gold,
The rise of silver,
The rise of your sweet love;
With the journey of your youth.

To hire a boat!
To cross the river;
With unforgettable journeys to meet up your muse,
And, with genuine openness.

Fence, defence!
To defend the walls;
But, an eye for an eye makes the world blind.
Critics!
With grants and loans;
Along the line,
Trying to make ends meet.
