Unreachable Beauty Poem by Fredrik Hole Halvorsen

Unreachable Beauty

She stood right in front of him
Only for a moment
Then far away the next
But she still haunts him till this day

He sees her everywhere she’s not
All in his mind
Yet all to real for him
Why can’t he see anything else

Haunting his dreams by night
Standing in crowds by day
But she’s still not real
Years has passed

Still haunted by the unreachable beauty
She went away long ago
Yet she remains in his mind
Slowly fading away as time flies by
