Unsettled Nature God Poem by Najib Altawell

Unsettled Nature God

Rating: 5.0

The snow
The silence
And
The sleeping cat
Everything seems
Peaceful
Settled
Under a faint
Light
Shivering gently
From
An old oil lamp

While the cracking
Noise
From a distant
Burning point
Is nothing but
A coded sound taps
Sourced from
Within
Unsettled nature God

Sustaining the fire
Courting the wind
And
Chanting
Vigorously
In every corner
In every path

Unsettled nature God
Stalking aimlessly
The grains of
Sand
Dancing tirelessly
With the Highland trees
Nurturing temporarily
The newly
Born
The darkness of
The Forest land
