Loneliness is an island
where there is nothing but pain
and tears fall like rain
Morning is foggy and gives no light
to make anything
look very bright

Loneliness is a darkness
that covers the sky
Roses that used to bloom
now fall down and die

Loneliness is a cloudiness
that hides the sun
Loneliness is a prison
your heart
keeps trying to escape from

Loneliness is a demon
that won't let you be at
peace with yourself
until its gone
