Untitled

Days go by
Fewer tears I cry
Your memory fades
Into the darkness of the shade

But the tears still fall
And the root of it all
is brought into the light
After which I give up the fight

I'm waiting in the rain
Hoping to erase my pain
That lives within
My dark and lonely den

    The angst and sadness of personal loss has its peaks and valleys 'til we achieve some semblence of acceptance or closure...Memories can be the gauge as to which direction your emotions slant...
