Untitled #2 - I Seem To Be Happy..........
I seem to be happy
in the midst of company.
But by myself, I am always in sadness;
thinking, hoping of, what I know is
missing from my life.
If what I am thinking about knows,
why doesn't it come?
To me, who could give so much,
for as much given,
To make me happy.
As I am alone,
in the midst of that company.
I seem to be happy in the midst of company. But by myself, I am always in sadness; a touching poem.
