Across the universe and into a sound,
Listen to Lucifer's soft, mad laughter.
The love within' us all is said to be bound,
But our love is cursed with a long flagitious slumber.

The King's finest have fallen,
A God's son has shared the mutual fate.
Maggots so corrupt were sent crawling,
So warped and perverted, locked outside heaven's gate.

A crack in time was left behind,
The Giver has taken with symphonious clashes of thunder,
We're left on the chairs backless, cold and blind,
A descendent of the God's, leave us asunder.
