Upon The Shore (Hotan Suit Or Double) Poem by Dorian Petersen Potter

Upon The Shore (Hotan Suit Or Double)

The waves are crashing
Now right here upon the shore
The sun is warm and breeze cool
Can feel it
Right over my body
And face too.
Hear the seas' whispers
Calling so softly your name
Like many years ago.

Waves lash back and forth
And crash against rocks again
Seagulls fly past fishing boats
Fishermen throw
Nests overboard again
To catch fish
For last time before
Sun goes down and days over
And they head back home.
