Urge Poem by Nothing ness

Urge

Come rain come from heaven
i welcome you with arms open
drench this body of soil
so much that only water remains

come rain make me wet
i welcome you with arms open
majority of me is water already
you make water the rest

i am thirsty but not as normal
my thirst is a bit strange
it tells me to find an ocean
far somewhere one waits

i walk many paths unknown
but only like a lost child
i never find the source of the voice
one calls me day and night

make me water o dear rain
so to one river i could request
i know they are all seekers like me
of that ocean ultimate

i know they all know the way
me too along they can take
we are brothers in different forms
but seekers of the same fate

Come rain come from heaven
i welcome you with arms open
drench this body of soil
so much that only water remains
