Valentines Day Massacre Poem by Anthony Esposito

Valentines Day Massacre

I do not feel bad
For what I did not do
Like I just said
The blames on you

I won’t give in
Like I did before
If it is needed
I’ll walk out the door

Into the dark
And into the cold
I didn’t give you my heart
I think it was sold
For knowledge of life
What you re lips have told

I know you more
Than anyone should
No ones around
And only I could

Make you happy
Have you to love
I’ll walk out the door
All I need is a shove

Slowly inching
Closer to death
I feel life leaven
In out of my chest

So into the dark
And in to the cold
I’ve done this before
Is what you are told
