~Valley~
River flow my way
singin' as you sway,
drownin' while you play...
River rock's grown worn
soothin' but he's torn,
my valley-way forlorn.
River won't you heal
freein' what I feel,
on bough and under keel.
Flowing westward goes,
windin' long you grow
in my valley-way, repose.

So emotional and very surreal, Kim. I have a poem about a river too, called 'The River That Flows'. There is healing peace of mind and soul at the water's edge. I sat for many days near a small river, and wrote my innermost and deepest thoughts. Let the river in your 'valley' heal what it is that needs healing. Thank you for sharing these very deep thoughts.
Love & hugs,
Barbara
