# ver non simper vivet

the moon that shone
on the fluid waves afar
wove a net of subdued light
on the two silhouetted dreamers
looking beyond the horizon
that appeared like a never ending
line of moonlight connecting
the slumbering earth and
jasmine sky…

the bodies bathed in the
moonlight that showered in
c
o
n
t
i
n
u
u
m
.
.
.

tried in vain to caress
the moon in bloom
the lone star on the clear sky
peered down in envy…

the soothing rays of
mysterious moonlight
remained the only witness

spring is not always green
