Vermilion Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Vermilion

He permitted it with vermilion,
And like the burial of a donkey;
But my mind is still on your love.

To suck the milk of the gentiles and,
To suck the milk of animals;
Here are those who fly like a cloud!
And it was here at last and i tasted it.
