View From The Glen

Rating: 4.8

when i shed this coat of life
and lay me down to rest
send a fire to the sky
till there's only ashes left
sing a song, have a drink
maybe a tango will suffice
rum and whisky, beer and wine
and don't forget the ice
i'll be watching so do your best
no disparaging words, please be nice
express train boarding, destination next
i'm with you all, not once, but twice.
