I bought the tunes today,
and that may happen now and then,
but, if you think that is the future,
- - - aim your head straight at the wall,
- - - and run for all your'e worth!

The results will be the same,
another melon smashed,
without much gained,
... BUT, perhaps you'll feel better,
... because you did that.

I will buy the tunes I want,
that is the way it's going to happen,
what once was true, the once abused,
will make all the decisions.

I will download what I need,
you will no longer get to feed,
what you believe is good for me,
... down my throat again!

I will buy the tunes that I see fit,
... and set aside the bull,
- - - some may be new,
- - - some may be old,
- - - some obscure, AND...
- - - some old fashioned hits.

The togetherness that comes from this,
should change the way you think,
BUT, if that does not happen,
- - - I will buy you one last drink,
- - - to say ' Good-Bye '!
