Vitamins
'Can slow the sacrifice of time'
they have to say today:
legally, scientifically,
not allowed to be so sure.
So what can you surely say today
'slows the passage of time'?
The search for quality.
Don't be afraid to waste.
Be devoted to taste.
And when that has made me a laughing stock?
You'll wonder if it was worth it,
slowing
that sacrifice of time.

Perhaps the slowing of the expansion of the fabric of space. Never absolute and likely to be 99.99% effective.
