WAIT
Waiting for you
At a place little known,
I didn't know
To what I was drawn;
Was it that smile of yours
Or those eyes with its hypnotic spell,
Was it that seductive voice of yours
Or that shapely body with its exotic smell;
Alas! I wasn't sure
And didn't know what I waited for,
Your presence was the only thing
I thought, I wanted and cared for;
And so I waited and waited
And waited and waited
Until I asked myself
Was the 'wait' worth for?
