WAITING

Whenever your heart is full of despair
And nothing at all seems right,
Think of the things you’re fighting for
The freedom to love or hate.

Remember the girl you left back home
With laughing eyes of blue,
Her heart is filled with loneliness
At the very thought of you.

So, put aside all your weariness,
The fight will be over soon
And the girl you adore
Will be there as before
Waiting just for you.
