Waiting Poem by Randy Littik

Waiting

Rating: 5.0

If only for a moment,

Before the light fades,

And we return to darkness once more.

Then the light steals beneath the window pane,

and softly falling to the dark inside the glass,

waiting for daybreak to come by,

as the rainy night still there, outside.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
To Violetta, the violet dream in my life, sunset of my heart. i was waiting for you to come by, waiting under the rain, trough the night, i was there and still i am, waiting you. befriend with this wine, i am hardly to make my mind clearer, because of you, love.
