Waiting For The Rain Poem by Indesemus Rufiah

Waiting For The Rain

Dark clouds occupies
the sky,
I see nothing but gray in the heaven,
I can see the trees dancing
in the bit of the wind..
but I don't mind..
I love sitting here,
Waiting for the rain to fall..

Wind blows stronger,
Trying to make a song,
Birds are flying away,
trying to find their way home..
It's getting colder,
and i see nothing but sadness..
but i don't mind..
I'll be waiting for the rain to
fall..

Rain, oh rain,
come and fall,
Pour out yourself to me,
and wash my pain away,
take all this tears away,
and leave nothing to me
but a memories of you..

Rain, please fall..
I've been waiting for you,
Don't stop, and wash my
burdens away, take this sadness
from me,
'til the sun comes back,
this is all I'm asking
'cause I don't want to
see myself again,
waiting for the rain...
