Waiting For You Poem by Paul Sebastian

Waiting For You

How slow each day passes
Waiting for you day after day
Save the greeting messages
My soul painfully longs today

Even if it takes years, I will be here waiting
For your fire of love to consume me
For lost hugs and kisses to come back pouring
To enflame our souls, once again, in love frenzy

My soul seeks soulful companionship
To taste your honey, smell your fragrance
My soul hungers for food-of-love relationship
My arms yearn to feel your warm embrace

Darling, I will be right here waiting for you
Souls tied with chords, cannot be broken
I await the end of your sojourn and rendezvous
To accept, even if you're are scared, your return

I will be right here waiting
For your home-coming
For our souls marriage
To celebrate living our golden age
