I'm pretending and its all I can do
for I'm dreaming of someone better than you
for I'm aching and growing old and impatient, because I know that
will never be true, cause the love I'm sending ain't making it through

My love is waiting and staying out late for you
gone for months dating it through
it's depressed for it is fond of you, break the hex
for I'm losing my mind for you
for I was not thinking it through
It's rough growing just reminisce of you
I guess I'll relax and wait thats the god thing to do

For all god things come to an end
but it's good to know my love
