Walk With Me
A gentle breeze surrounds me,
True beauty close at hand,
For many men have walked this way,
This green and pleasant land.
The old pit wheels are now long gone,
The land's now overgrown,
The memories lie within the soil,
And life must now go on.
For many seasons come and go,
Your beauty will remain,
My favourite picture of them all,
My home, my precious Wales.
