Walking Rufus Poem by Ted Sheridan

Walking Rufus

Rating: 5.0

I was walking my dog
When he stopped to sniff
My neighbor's mailbox
She became uncomfortable
With his nose in her mail
So she smiled and then sailed
To the protection of her home
Where upon her return
The police she did phone
About the abuse she had suffered
When my dog had lifted his leg
Exposing his package
In complete disregard of her....

I don't know any proper way of finishing this.....
