Was It A Mistake
I see you with her
You see me with him
We both think
“Was it right?
Right to be apart? ”
Maybe it wasn’t
Maybe we weren’t meant to be
“But we will never know unless…
Unless we break it off”
That is what you said to me
And we were willing to prove our love
By leaving each other’s side
And now this is where we are at
Facing each other
But with other people by our side
Now we think…
“Was it a mistake? ”
