Wasted Chance Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Wasted Chance

Rating: 5.0

I wished to walk and walk
Strict silence with no talk
I wished to rest before ended the road
So please give me some moments’ O,.God

Everybody wishes the same
But it all ends up in game
Where one is compelled to look back
And claim that there was nothing at stake

In fact, things stand contrary
The confession truly varies
One admits with frankness
Another speaks with lies on face

I truly speak of my own
As I am popularly known
True to name and with action
They know I shall admit it without friction story

So I wish that end must come peacefully
Even though it is never meeting truly
Person suffers as per his performance
Because either he has availed or wasted his chance
