Watching Over You


Brenda,
Its difficult to observe you rise,
Surveying the human being you desire to be,
Watching you exchange blows with your painful grief,
Watching you battle all of the rage you contain,
Its tough to live at this time,
When the distant past haunts you,
And your expectations looks dim,
Its difficult to observe you rise,
To me,
It appears that you are rising way too quickly,
You must be steady to avoid traffic damage in your adulthood,
But,
I cannot stop you.
Stop you from being converted into the person you crave to exist as,
I am just your brother,
And as your brother,
I find objectionable to see you in agony,
Suffering,
Entangled in anger,
Extremely fighting the person that insults you,
Its difficult to observe you rise,
I recognized that you imagine the truth of life,
You are inexperienced,
I am inexperienced,
As your brother,
As the beneficial but unscrupulous brother,
I shall keep an eye on you,
Maturing.
