Water Cloud Poem by jodde taylor

Water Cloud

Rating: 3.0

Expansion
took hold
as water engulfed
each movement
on a peaceful sea.

Shine
contouring beauty
in small shallow waves
his moods returned.

A light fragrance
gave rise
to a flowing field
the endless green
fell within a day.

Blue strokes
raised across horizons
as golden flakes
dazzled in his eyes.

The stars
held sighs of mercy
the ongoing tide
lived in inside a smile
breathless in charms
of glory.

Persistent
overflows of moisture
held in shades of green
met in daylight.

Tones of paradise
spread avenging
upon such love
an arrogant arrow
struck through
their hearts.

Feeling boundless
no cage
a sweet singing bird
flirting with sweetness
as cherished lips
braced for another kiss.

An evening
young in gaze
existing for two
A starry night
played above
while a loving moment
lived in a tender mercy
of immersion
a water cloud
waved by.
