As the water runs slowly over my feet

I can feel its cold was away my heat

The rocks and leaves all over the sand

The timeless motion is now at hand

Throw away all my cares and the pain

Don’t let it hurt anymore, never again

To be scared is not what you’re here for

With broken heart all tattered and tore

To expect what isn’t once again, free

The ocean breeze blows cares to sea

Taste the salt and soak in the freshness

Feel it’s gift of loving care free caress

Sun kissed momentarily free to love

Even when things do fail, look up above

Relax and see it isn’t only just you and me…….
