Water slows the troubled heart.
Hidden, the midnight moon
Lost in a veil of darkness
Travels through the cities of time,
In silence and blue that does not exist.
The rain calms all thought.
West winds carry it further and further
Throughout the valleys of loneliness.
Oceans soothe the troubled mind
Open to the starry sky
Found in its sparkling waves
Roaming from shore to shore
In a pounding surf, in a roar of release.
Water cleanses all thought.
Night winds carry it higher and higher
To Orion and Sirius where we once came from.
