We'Re Perfect In Our Own Way Poem by Alicia Meyers

We'Re Perfect In Our Own Way

I want to take,

The bad memories away,

Make me feel better,

Without any pain.

I want to make,

A new dream,

Without any bad people,

Just my friends and me.

I wish there was no bully's,

No one to be pushed around,

No one to be back-stabbed,

No one on the cold hard ground.

I wish the world,

Was at peace,

No noise or sound,

Just rainbows and dreams.

But God made us this way,

For a reason no one can find out,

He made all of us different,

But the same inside and around.

I wish everyone could understand,

How it feels like to be one another,

So everyone can be friends,

And be together.

But people have to fight,

To get their way,

Trying to be perfect,

And we're all their slaves.

Sorry to burst your bubbles,

But no one is perfect,

Not me or you,

But we're perfect in our own way.
