We'Re Ugly Poem by Alexander Villegas

We'Re Ugly

Hey you
What did you say?
Was it stupid? Ugly or gay?
I'm sorry that we can't be beautiful like you
We only want to be who we really are
Something you are afraid to do
Now please go away
We have already heard what you have to say
We're ugly
And we're also free
We're not like you
So we're beautiful.

Exactly. I don't know why either. Maybe some people just can't accept that some people have different ideas or a way to live life. Others might just judge you without even getting to know you.

I never understand why people felt the need to tell other people they're ugly. Like what gives the right to say what is beautiful or ugly. I don't people we nominate or elect people to do so. Or do they just do it because it's something they feel others need to know.
