Weather Man Poem by Bryan Alexander

Weather Man

Rating: 3.5

My head is cloudy
just like the weatherman
said it would be
partiallly depressed
with a good chance of insanity
so
I put on my straight-jacket
grabbed my umbrella
and headed out the door
to my suprise the weathermans lies
became evident to me
I searched high up in the sky
not one depressed cloud to be found
no hint of insanity in sight
I turned my umbrella upside down
and caught
the golden happiness
that was shining
and falling like snow flakes
all around me

(I never watch the weather)
