Way down, deep in the darkness
A broken soul does lie all alone
Alone and near beaten, death not far from
Scared to let go, eager to hold on

But tries to face the world alone
But deep down in the darkness he cant make it on his own
Yet he is destined to be just that, alone.

Deep down in the darkness he sits in his corner
His body covered in scars it's the only way for him to feel alive
The cuts and scars they run so much deeper
Deeper in to his broken fragile soul
For he has set no set goal.

Deep down in the darkness
He knows he can not win this fight
It's all been show to him
Like a present of the future
But living in the distant past

Deep down his darkness
He's all alone coping on his own
He can not win he can only lose.

Deep in the darkness of the gutter
Lays the broken man with his broken soul
May he have eternal rest at that curb
Deep within a problem he is captive
Motionless and undisturbed…
