Weight Poem by Alicia Meyers

Weight

I walk around,
I feel so depressed,
People see my stomach,
And I'm not impressed.
What is wrong with my tummy?
How come I can't lose pounds?
I've eaten right and exercised,
But the weight always comes around.
I don't know why I eat so much,
I try to keep distant from food,
But whenever I'm bored or I want it,
I get in the mood.
I've been doing this for half a year,
But then I eat,
So I guess I need to stop,
And get away from this horrible meat.
I need to lose the weight,
Exercise and eat right,
Maybe sometime I will get skinny,
So I'm starting tonight.

Oh, your poem is very nice! Don't loose hope! In writing as in loosing weight, both depend on inner thought ! Imagine you are thin, that you can fly as a dove...do it every day when you go to sleep.Read my poems, ..I AM SURE THEIR energy will help!
