Welcome Back Baby Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Welcome Back Baby

The wind blows her perfume
Words are fragrant kisses
Invisible elements of the soul
You return to me like the salmon
Not to die but to give
I have felt your eyes in your poems
Tonight I celebrate Your courage
Don't you love me in your head

Screens are on and the wind blows
You are like a muse in my bed
You know the feelings of being alone
I feel your soft touch of fire
I can make your toes curl
Remember James Dean in Giant?
Remember he told Elizabeth Taylor
Your pretty enough to eat

Welcome back baby
