What Binds Your Heart To Mine Poem by Elena Plotkin

What Binds Your Heart To Mine

What binds your heart to mine,
Must be thicker than a bit of twine.
Must be sturdier than any rope.
Must be secured by more than hope.
Must hold steadfast against all the elements.
Must outlast the span of time and endlessness.
