What Could'Ve Been Poem by Tiffany Lynn

I'm done,
no more trying.
If I can't do it alone, I'll do none.
From now on, I'll be buying.

I can't make any,
So I don't.
I'll start spending my penny,
don't think I won't.

I can't do this on my own,
its to real.
This is something I can't control.
But its worse than it may seem.

I thought I had it in the palm of my hand,
but it slipped away.
It was right there,
but I guess I didn't reach far enough.

It was a mountain I was climbing,
but I didn't get to the top fast enough.
I guess I'll never know.
