What Do We Know? Poem by Anthony Levitt

What Do We Know?

What do we know?
What do we care?
If someones life is upside down and seemingly unfair...
What do we do?
What do we learn?
Prehaps sometimes we wish is for life's little distractions to burn?
Not so extreme in certain ways is the life we leas aparantly *normal* but to the rest painted in grey...
To change a million mind's and to force other's to see,
for all you can hear is your thoughts not the person next to you or me...
All you can do is guess or assume, try and detect even watch for doom...
I carry on but the question's remain,
What do we know?
What do we care?
A problem we will create through our own question and debate,
Answer's come often or not, but never ease no matter how much more knowledge we've got...
Always on the go, our minds a mess, a constant need for concertrating and hard to place the winning bet...

Of course all this would be important except now you've got something else to do, so stop...
