What I want

I said I want myself to be happy

Nah, that doesn’t satisfy me completely

I said I want my family to be happy, my wife and kids

Nah, that doesn’t satisfy me completely

I said I want my whole family to be happy, the seventh father side aunt and the eighth mother side aunt

Nah, that doesn’t satisfy me completely

I said I want my company to be happy, the managers and janitors

Nah, that doesn’t satisfy me completely

I said I want my country to be happy, the president and the financiers

Nah, that doesn’t satisfy me completely

I want the whole world to be happy, God and everything else

Money is not everything but a good measuring tool

To make myself happy, I need $100

To make my family happy, I need $10,000

To make my whole family happy, I need $200,000

To make my company happy, I need $1,000,000

To make my country happy, money will no longer do it

To make whole world happy, not sure if God can do it

Poem of the Day

poet James Whitcomb Riley

There! little girl; don't cry!
They have broken your doll, I know;
And your tea-set blue,
And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
