What if I said HI to you,
Would you greet me back?
What if I said I like you,
Would you like me back?
What if I said I want you,
Would you want me back?
What if I said I love you,
Would you love me back?
What if I said I need you,
Would you always be there by my side?
What if I said I will be away for awhile,
Will you wait for me?
What if I said I'll wait for you,
Would you wait for me too?
What if I choose to die for you,
Would you stop me?
What if I said good bye,
Would you let me leave?
Or would you ask me to return to your side,
To a place where I truly belong.
