It keeps coming back to me
The thought what if…
What if you were the only one
The only love so true and pure
It must be egoistic of me
That is for sure
But what if…?

The feeling inside remembering thee
Love and Pain - Joy and Sadness
Bleeding hope - life failing me
Death so close at hand and still
What if…?
No less than afterlife would be enough
To make up for my life that was so tough
Nothing here to console
But a new dream, a new role!

A play it may have been
An end, dramatic as can be
A story so traumatic
Yet love so romantic. - What if…?
