What is Love?
Is it the two pairs of feet standing together
Or a hand over a shoulder?
Is it the Three-word phrase a guy would whisper
Or a girl receiving a flower?
Is it equal to a kiss
Or more than a face a boy would miss?
Is it the view of a man on his knees
Waiting for the lady to see how true he is?
Is it the Cause of the Scarlet letter
Or is it a whole lot better?
Is it like the seasons, the weather
Or is it something like forever?
Is it light?
Is it heavy?
Is it might?
Can it make someone weary?
Do you beg for it
Or play with it?
Is it heart over wit
Or something that will just hit?
What is Love?
Why does it rhyme with dove?
Is it from above
Or a perfect thing an imperfect can have?
