What It Looks Like Poem by Gianni Vespucci

What It Looks Like

This is my green goddess
Very much so, Most modest
As potent as these roaches
Covered in crystals and flakes
Beautiful image like the Great Lakes
This is what truly makes
Me, Rolled up like snakes
Purple and blue on it
With or without seeds and sticks
But always as pure as onyx
Now watch as this light approaches
And sets fire to it
While the smoke poaches
The air, I inhale it
Let it out as transparent clouds
And it accumulates to one big mound
This entire room it surrounds
Bowls are packed tight
I come up with this light
Feel as if the smoke flows out iridescent
With all it's beauty and essence
Then it fades away with evanescence
