At first I didn't know what I was getting myself into,
I know you felt the same way too,
Did we both misconstrue,
what we were about to turn our friendship into,
neither of us had a clue,

Who would of knew,
me and you,
and everything we've been through,
how deeply our love grew,

Deep down in our hearts we both knew,
the love we would share would be oh so true,
now we both construe,
what our friendship turned into,

A love affair,
so rare,
that I swear,
no one could ever compare,
to what we share,

A unique love,
made from the heavens above.
