What The Heart Wants Poem by Jaz Flores

What The Heart Wants

I have had you times before.
But day by day, I want you more.
You have my love, my soul, my heart.
I belong to you, yet we are apart.

Why did I let you go, my love?
I know my heart has had enough.
It's broken, tattered, far from new.
But everyday I still want you.

Do you notice, cant you see
I want you to belong to me.
I love you and you love her.
I'm falling apart in a world of hurt.
